The sessions emphasized teamwork, collaboration, and structured management, equipping participants with practical tools to navigate daily leadership challenges.

At Advantek Shanghai, a refresher course focused on strengthening leadership fundamentals for managers and HR professionals. A key exercise challenged participants to convey instructions without visual aids, underscoring the importance of clear communication in effective leadership.
